After working with the United States Air Force in a variety of IT leadership and IT operations and IT planning roles for 20 years, Marjorie McLagan returned to Oregon State University in 2017. She is currently the Deputy Chief Information Security Officer for OSU. Within OSU’s University and Information Technology department, and the Office of Information Security, Marjorie leads security operations, and has a focus area to increase OSU’s cybersecurity maturity. Marjorie is passionate about OSU’s Smart Access Program, based on a Zero Trust Architecture approach. Outside of her professional responsibilities, Marjorie spends time running after her two teens and trying to find time to run around a Disney Park.
