After 20 years working for the Department of Defense, David Williams took his operations and strategy experience to the private sector. He was given an excellent opportunity to help build an OT cybersecurity program from the ground up. Dave gives equal weight to the cyber threats facing the electricity sector because everyone, from the teenager in his basement to the state actor, has a vote. David has faced challenges and found rewards, and he is always playing defense.
