Brian Myers (PhD, CISSP, CCSK) has been the Director of Information Security and the HIPAA Security Officer for a division of WebMD; Senior Application Security Architect for a hypergrowth Silicon Valley startup; and Senior Security Advisor for Leviathan Security Group. He currently works independently helping software businesses establish effective and compliant information security programs. Before entering the security field he was a programmer and a software development director. He worked at Borland and at Netscape and wrote three books on Windows programming.
